Welcome to Mundane Monday Challenge.
This is a challenge created to find beauty in almost everything. The challenge is simple : find beauty in everyday mundane things, capture the beauty and upload the photographs. And give me a pingback.
If you think this challenge helps you to see ordinary things in a more beautiful way, do help a friend to have a new perspective. Tag/Challenge a friend to join MMC, so that world around us look more beautiful to more people around us.
To get the most out from this challenge here are some: Guidelines
Here goes my entry for this week’s MMC.

There were some random writings on the wall and it looked cool. So I captured.
So What are you trying this week?
Hope to see your entries. You can participate in this challenge till next Sunday.

Awesome, if not with a tinge of the creepy (in a positive sense if that makes sense), room. Great capture – light, but still in the shadow.

It was in fact a bus waiting shelter. Glad you liked the capture. 🙂

Me gusta! 🙂 I always read what it says on the walls. Some are really artistic , others however are just a strange need to express ourselves … dates, names, love relationships … a reflection of the feelings we need to tell the world 😉 I never write on the walls as a matter of education.

Glad you enjoyed the capture. There are graffiti and vandalism! You can choose one 😉
But good to know that you dont do either.

Jithin … have you changed the rules ? I thought the challenge was to see beauty in the mundane ? Not to make the mundane beautiful LO. 🙂
You are turning absolutely mundane wall art into photographic art …
I will have to get down from my vehicle to even TRY to keep up with these type of pictures….:)
Time for some picture taking tips ?

haha.. i havent changed the rules. The rules were the same and it includes both. Seeing beauty in mundane and making Mundane look beautiful. Once helps your perception, other your photography.
Sure, anytime! What do you want to know more about?

I guess I am improving ‘slowly slowly’ in both areas.
Any tips on how to do a water mark that you can paste on? I go through Paint and type it in eeach time. Have tried checking utube etc … but can’t seem to get a transparent one …: 😦

I use picasa. Download picasa and use Text option to write and then increase or decrease the Transparency/Opacity. I hope that helps.

Hi .. I have downloaded it but am getting a message that they are phasing it out from 1 May 2016 !!! in favour of Google Photos.
Picasa will still be available for use but without any further developments.
Might check out the Google Photos also so I don’t have to relearn 🙂 Will let you know how I go ..

{icasa is still available but is not supported. Google photos is almost like spyware 🙂 all my photos came up sorted by date without my doing a thing 🙂 It’s actually more like a filing system with a little bit of automatic color, red eye etc editing like on the phone. Will try if Picasa can help

You need to find an old setup file for picasa. Im still using it. Well if you are using an app on phone, you can download many on your phone. Picsart, snapseed are just few of them.

Interesting capture of people’s thoughts:)
Last week the weather was like Spring!. This week is totally whacked, am photographing blooming Wisteria while rain turned into snow!
Sorry, I didn’t get back to you last week about your question if I was a leftie – am ambidextrous with painting and several other things.

Very cool. Makes me want to try and decipher and pick out the writing, much like a Where’s Wally.
