There are plenty of reasons to visit the beautiful Coorg. But I have come up with 5 top reasons for a photographer to visit Coorg.
They are listed as below
- To capture the vibrant colours of Coorg

Inside the Golden Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Kushalnagar
2. To capture interesting and colourful Portraits

This monk definitely didn’t sell his Ferrari 😉
3. To practice the Slow shutter speed shots

A perfect way to experiment with shutter speed and see the results.
4. To capture amazingly Beautiful Landscapes

If you want an outdoor shoot, doesn’t it look perfect?!
5. To master some Surreal foggy Night photography skills

Fog makes it surreal. Doesn’t it?
Hope you likes these reasons. Visit Coorg anyway. This place is worth visiting even without any reasons!

Is that a portrait or reflection 🙂

what do you mean by reflection??

I mean is that a mirror in which you have clicked the reflection of the person standing in front of it or a portrait drawn by someone…

Did you mean the monk picture?
The monks were taking their pictures. I took that picture 😀

Its still not a portrait…maybe double click or picture inside picture or some name…u can invent urself 😛 and yes I meant the monk picture

Oh you thought that was a reflection of a car mirror or something!! I get it now. No , it wasn’t. It was a direct head shot!! 😉 That’s how I framed him! 😛

😀 okay got that…I just object (mildly :P) to the use of word ‘portrait’ here…doesn’t portrait something which people draw and not head shot 😛

See what wiki says
“A portrait is a painting, photograph, sculpture, or other artistic representation of a person, in which the face and its expression is predominant. The intent is to display the likeness, personality, and even the mood of the person. For this reason, in photography a portrait is generally not a snapshot, but a composed image of a person in a still position. A portrait often shows a person looking directly at the painter or photographer, in order to most successfully engage the subject with the viewer.”

The foggy night photgraphy is more than just awesome. Did you use some filter or the fog did that job for you?

I don’t have any filters yet. So it is the fog that did the trick. Glad you liked it
